Where are we?
As we get started, CarryMe Health has available licensed mental health and wellness services in these states. We currently refer women and families to the appropriate practice for an individual’s unique fertility and perinatal journey.
We are also contracting directly with health systems and practices, which will leverage either Collaborative Care (CoCM) or simple referral pathways to providers covering necessary insurance as desired.
Provider FAQ
-
You believe in the mission of inspiring hope, community and action for women and families who need it most.
We share the same heart beat for patients in the waiting across the stages of conception through pregnancy and postpartum — the ones with the most complex, isolating and heartbreaking cases.
You have been there, or have closely supported families that have been there.
You share our intention to embed your critical services within patient care settings — so that patients can immediately receive trusted, specialized holistic care (rather than having to turn to google!) as they navigate a complex fertility or perinatal journey.
-
Today, CarryMe Health operates on a referral basis: we route incremental patients to you, and you bill for your services as you do today.
We are building partnerships with health systems and private practices desiring specialized services for patients experiencing difficult perinatal journeys. We will initiate contracted services with interested providers (we hope that’s you!) for key partners delivering heightened patient volume as we grow.
-
Today, you may offer self-pay and/or in-network services. Operate business-as-usual - no changes needed to sign up as a dedicated CarryMe Health provider.
We do envision our services to be easily accessible by all families living through an overwhelming perinatal season. With that, we strongly encourage accessibility and rate accommodation for eligible services.
Future-state: we will initiate payer contracts with and for our providers after growing patient access and key partnerships.
-
We conduct a screening and onboarding process for all providers and peers looking to support CarryMe Health families.
-
Absolutely! Once you are a vetted and approved provider, we will add your photo, bio and service offerings to our growing team.

Our founders were inspired to action in creating CarryMe Health with a mission of hope and purpose beyond our own. As founders, we found faith to be a significant pillar of the hope and source of community that we needed in the life stages we now serve as a practice.
CarryMe Health serves all interested individuals and families, and seeks to provide access to purpose-driven, intentional providers across our service lines, offering all patients and families the care they need.
